We are a first-generation maple producer, who started out as an 8-year old boy, a playground set repurposed as an A-frame sugarhouse, and a dream. At Sweet Time Maple, we’re a small, family-owned farm in Wyoming, NY, dedicated to producing the highest quality pure maple syrup and raw, unfiltered honey the right way — by hand, with care, and straight from the land. 

We currently tap approximately 20,000 trees across 8 different locations. Only one location is pumped directly into our sugarhouse, while all the others are trucked back to be boiled.
